What they need
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor projects from planning to completion
- Review project/tender requirements, prepare quotations and tender submissions
- Prepare project cost estimates, manpower and equipment requirements
- Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors and site teams
- Monitor project progress, costs, documentation and client requirements
- Provide technical and operational support to project teams
- Prepare project reports, proposals and related documentation
- Assist with tender clarifications, negotiations and follow-up
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, HSE and company requirements
About you
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in Oil & Gas, inspection or NDT industry is an advantage
- Good communication, coordination and tendering skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Willing to travel to project sites when required
