PROJECT ENGINEER

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Project Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities to ensure successful and timely completion of projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

• Site Monitoring & Supervision

  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
  • Address and resolve site issues and delays.

• Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare project reports, minutes, and documentation.
  • Track project costs, manpower, and materials.

• Quality & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, government regulations, and safety standards.
  • Implement corrective actions for non-compliance.

• Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Provide technical support and guidance when needed.

• Other Administrative Support

  • Assist in other finance and accounting tasks as needed.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• With at least 2–5 years of experience in a project engineering role.
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, project management, and relevant engineering standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on sites and in the field.
