Project Engineer

setec tpi is looking to expand our team with a Project Engineer for one of the greatest urban regeneration projects in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Design Review Support

• Support the Project Director and the Design Manager in the day-to-day coordination
• Perform design review and design follow-up
• Prepare and consolidate input for the Quarterly Report (MRE)
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence and project documentation

Project data management

• Administer the IE data-management and document-governance environment (SharePoint, Aconex, project Protocol), including governance of non-conformities and the storage of signed documents
• Manage the day-to-day document control activities of the project
• Maintain document registers
• Monitor submissions/reviews, and follow up with stakeholders on pending or overdue documentation

Administrative Support and Office Management

• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Project Director
• Coordinate the purchase and replenishment of office supplies, equipment and other materials

Professional experience & qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Fluent in Greek and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with EDMS /CDE platforms such as Aconex and SharePoint would be an advantage
