Our mission is to empower armed forces with reliable, innovative, and field-proven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and safety.

We are looking for a Project Engineer (Junior / Mid) to support our team in daily product development activities, with a strong focus on multidisciplinary engineering systems. In this role, you will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless technical execution from concept to mass production. You will act as a bridge between Systems Engineering, Hardware, Embedded Software, and Manufacturing, driving technical alignment, resolving complex hardware bottlenecks, and ensuring overall product success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Ownership: Single point of technical ownership for assigned hardware products across their full lifecycle (EE, MDE, FW/SW, QA, Manufacturing).
  • Cross-Discipline Alignment : Coordinate engineering deliverables, evaluate trade-offs, and eliminate technical bottlenecks.
  • Troubleshooting & Reviews : Diagnose complex technical issues and support design and test reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR).
  • Project Documentation : Maintain and update technical project documentation, test reports, and tracking records to ensure full traceability throughout the engineering lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement : Actively participate in continuous process improvements within hardware development and production workflows.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience developing multidisciplinary systems (electronics, mechanical, embedded HW/SW).
  • Understanding of electronics, microcontrollers, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, etc.).
  • Hardware debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, with excellent cross-functional communication and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Spectrum Analyzers) is a plus.
  • Personal/hobbyist technical projects (DIY electronics, robotics) is a plus.

What we offer

  • A unique opportunity to join a high-growth company in the scaling stage
  • Opportunity to contribute to impactful, mission-driven work
  • Flexible working hours
  • Frequent team-building events, free parking, a pet-friendly office, and private health insurance after the probation period
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Competitive salary ranging from 2700 EUR (gross) to 3700 EUR (gross), depending on your experience and qualifications
