What they need
- Project Planning: Review design specifications, calculate time requirements, and sequence project tasks.
- Resource & Cost Control: Prepare cost estimates, monitor expenditures, and manage material tracking.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, architects, and field workers.
- Documentation: Generate and manage RFIs, submittals, progress reports, and permit applications.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Inspect site work regularly to enforce adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot on-site issues and recommend prompt design or schedule modifications.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in civil or a related engineering discipline.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and project management software
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication, organization, leadership, and time-management skills.
