Project Engineer

Job Role & Responsibilities:Overall responsible for execution of MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC) at site as per drawings, specifications and project schedule.Study and review MEP drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications. Identify discrepancies and raise RFIs.Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, Structural and Client teams for MEP requirements.Planning, scheduling and monitoring of day-to-day site activities and allocation of manpower, materials and contractors.Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site.Check and certify contractor bills, material reconciliation, and quantity estimation.Coordinate with consultants, vendors and sub-contractors for timely delivery and installation.Conduct testing, commissioning and handing over of MEP systems.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports (DPR/WPR/MPR).Maintain site documentation, drawings, approvals, and as-built drawings.Resolve site issues and provide technical solutions to ensure project completion within time and budget.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
