We are looking for an experienced AU Project Engineer with strong expertise in automotive plastic component development and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of automotive projects
• Drive product and process maturity from development to series production
• Coordinate with customers, project teams and international stakeholders
• Support product concept development and component optimization
• Manage engineering documentation, parts lists and change processes
• Support quotation and cost-related activities
• Ensure products meet customer requirements, quality and project timelines
• Support component development, matching and alignment activities

Key Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in the Automotive Plastic Domain
• Experience in Bumper System Development & Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Injection Moulding processes
• Experience with OEM Product Development Processes
• Experience in Automotive Exterior Component development
• Good understanding of plastic component development and manufacturing
• Strong Project Management and problem-solving skills
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Experience with international/global stakeholders
• Good English communication skills
