Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Project Engineer to manage and coordinate engineering activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, coordination with site teams and contractors, and ensuring that project work is completed safely, on time, and as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day project activities at the site.
• Ensure project work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly project progress reports.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and other project-related documents.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor material requirements, availability, and utilization at the site.
• Ensure proper quality standards and procedures are followed during execution.
• Monitor manpower and subcontractor activities at the project site.
• Identify project-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of measurements, work progress, materials, and site activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company/site rules.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding project requirements, progress, and issues.
• Perform any other project-related duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
• Good knowledge of project execution, site coordination, and engineering practices.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/other relevant software will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work at project/site locations.
