Project Engineer

The project engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate activations. The role will manage projects from initial concept and planning through installation, event operations, dismantling, and final handover, ensuring delivery within approved budgets, timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the full event lifecycle, including pre-event planning, production, installation, event operations, and dismantling.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, consultants, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop detailed project schedules, manpower plans, procurement requirements, and execution strategies.
• Manage event budgets, quotations, purchase orders, variations, and project costs.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including project engineers, site teams, production, logistics, and subcontractors.
• Oversee the fabrication, transportation, installation, and dismantling of temporary structures.
• Ensure compliance with venue requirements, HSE standards, authority regulations, and applicable permits and approvals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain agreed deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings to ensure quality and progress align with project requirements.
• Manage VIP, corporate, government, and high-profile events while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, technical submissions, drawings, progress reports, and handover documentation.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead event close-out activities, including dismantling, material recovery, documentation, and final handover.
• Ensure all projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards and client expectations.
