We are looking for a Project Engineer – Civil with strong experience in hospital building construction, renovation, and interior execution. The candidate should have hands-on experience in executing hospital areas such as ICU, Wards, Operation Theatres, Emergency, OPD, Diagnostic areas, Patient Rooms and other clinical/non-clinical spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute hospital civil construction, renovation and expansion projects.
• Hands-on execution experience in ICU, Wards, OT, Emergency, OPD, Patient Rooms, Diagnostic areas, corridors and other hospital facilities.
• Handle hospital interior and fit-out works including flooring, false ceiling, partitions, painting, doors, wall finishes and other finishing works.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors and hospital management.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, manpower and material deployment.
• Review drawings, BOQ, specifications and ensure execution as per approved requirements.
• Supervise contractors/subcontractors and ensure quality and workmanship standards.
• Manage material planning, quantity verification, estimation and cost control.
• Identify and resolve site-level civil/interior execution issues.
• Ensure adherence to hospital project safety, quality and statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹238,000.00 - ₹2,004,000.00 per year
