PROJECT ENGINEER

We are geotechnical and bored piling company with CIDB G7 registered since 2014. We provide design and built of bored piling system services for high rise building, retaining wall, flyover, bridges, etc.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Responsibilities

• To involve in coordinating site manpower, material, machinery, sub-contractor and client to ensure project progress within planning scheduled.
• Prepare project costing works for tender / quotation.
• Prepare cost estimate , BOQ , cost breakdown and price analysis.
• Assess materials , labour , plant and sub-contractor costs.
• Liaise with project , engineering and procurement teams on costing matters.
• Support in contract and cost control during project execution.
• Attending site meeting with clients / consultants as required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Min 2 years of working experience in costing estimation or a related field.
• Candidate with piling / geotechnical background will be given priority.
• Good knowledge in construction methods , measurement and costing practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimation software.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and specification.
• Strong and detail-oriented abd good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Written & Spoken).
• Must be able to travel to outstation with own car.

Working hours

Monday to Saturday - 8:30 am to 5:30pm

Sunday / PH : OFF
