Project Engineer

What you'll be doing

       i.          Participate in or assist with project management and execution; communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate resources, and ensure timely project delivery.

      ii.          Effectively manage project requirements, planning, schedules, personnel, and oversee the development of project plans while ensuring optimal resource allocation.

     iii.          Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality, procurement, marketing, and sales to drive project progress.

     iv.          Promptly identify and report project issues or deviations and facilitate timely resolution.

      v.          Prepare project-related documentation, collect, archive, and maintain control over technical documents and project management records.

     vi.          Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

What we're looking for

       i.          Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a background in electronic/mechanical engineering or management-related disciplines.

      ii.          Experience in home appliance product development, project management or NPI is preferred; PMP training or certification is a plus. Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.

     iii.          Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software; familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or MS Visio is a plus.

     iv.          Good English and Mandarin reading and writing skills Mandarin is preferred for communication with overseas suppliers, customers, and China HQ.

      v.          Honest and reliable, proactive, hardworking, open to new ideas, and willing to take on new challenges.
