Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution: Coordinate daily site works and monitor progress to ensure activities follow approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Planning & Coordination: Support project planning, work sequencing and resource allocation, while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• QA/QC: Monitor inspection and quality control processes to ensure works meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Safety & Environment: Support site safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE and environmental requirements.
• Technical Support: Review drawings, assist with method statements and support the resolution of technical and site issues.
• Materials: Coordinate material delivery, storage and usage to ensure availability and minimize wastage.
• Reporting: Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and other project-related documentation.
• Problem-Solving: Identify site constraints and coordinate practical solutions to keep project activities progressing.
• IMS Compliance: Support the implementation of applicable Quality, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability Management System requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant site or project engineering experience in construction industry.
• Experience in infrastructure, road & drainage, earthworks is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of construction methods and site execution processes, with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with QA/QC procedures, site inspections and compliance requirements.
• Basic knowledge of cost control, material monitoring and subcontractor coordination.
• Good coordination and communication skills with consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
