Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Project head to manage projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and installation teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress against key milestones and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project resources effectively, including human resources, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team to drive excellence and achieve project objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical knowledge of airport logistics systems, including baggage handling systems, air cargo handling systems, in-flight catering systems, or parcel handling systems, is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project risks, resolve conflicts, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required, to support project activities and client engagements.
