Project Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.

· Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure that it meets design standards and safety regulations.

· Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations. Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.

· Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.

· Enforce safety protocols and address potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

· Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that the work meets the project requirements.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, site photos, individual villa/apartment drawings with changes if any and coordinate with the Office Engineer for updated and precise drawings.

· Overseeing the generation and checking of reconciliation statements in respect to all departmental materials received and issued at site to various end users.

· Responsibility for authenticity and correctness of all bills being generated and forwarded to Head office recommending payment to various contractors, vendors etc .

· Supervise project team members and contractors and motivate them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

· Any future instructions issued by the management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
