Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and managing construction projects.

Supervise daily site activities and monitor project progress.

Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and shop drawings.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.

Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, project specifications and quality standards.

Monitor work schedules, manpower, materials and site progress.

Attend site meetings, inspections and coordination meetings.

Prepare site reports, method statements and other project documentation.

Assist with technical issues, defects rectification and project handover.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and applicable Singapore regulations.

Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.

Able to read and understand construction drawings.

Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work on construction sites in Singapore.

2-3years related works in Singapore.

Monthly Salary Range (SGD)

$2,500 – 3,500 (depends on work experience)
