Project Engineer

Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering.

Assist Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers in managing day-to-day construction activities.

Review construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and project documents.

Assist in coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Monitor site progress and report work status to the Senior Project Engineer.

Assist in ensuring construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Attend site inspections and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve site issues.

Assist with preparation and submission of shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and inspection requests.

Maintain proper project documentation, records, drawings, reports, and correspondence.

Assist in monitoring project schedules and identifying potential delays.

Assist with quantity measurements, material requirements, and procurement activities.

Coordinate with subcontractors regarding work schedules, materials, manpower, and site requirements.

Assist in quality inspections and ensure construction work meets the required standards.

Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental requirements.

Participate in project meetings and record action items when required.

Learn and apply relevant construction standards, regulations, and engineering practices.

Carry out other engineering and project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer.
