Who we're looking for:
Our people are united by a common belief: that we can outperform in everything we do.
We are recruiting for Project Engineers to join current and upcoming projects across London, where they will provide engineering support to assist in the successful delivery of the project. Working across the delivery lifecycle, the Project Engineer coordinates engineering activities, contributes to the development of engineering solutions, and works closely with design and construction teams.
Key responsibilities include managing dimensional and spatial controls, engineering documentation, construction assurance activities, site inspections and Temporary Works processes. The Project Engineer also supports the implementation of engineering solutions, maintains technical and quality standards, and is responsible for identifying and managing engineering-related risks.
To be successful in this role, an individual will have relevant engineering qualifications and experience within a construction environment, together with a sound understanding of engineering standards, practices and compliance requirements. They will be able to interpret technical information, maintain attention to detail, build effective working relationships, and contribute to safe, quality delivery while working both independently and as part of a team.
A note on diversity:
Diversity is about celebrating the ways we are all different and appreciating the unique qualities that every employee brings. We invite applications from people of all genders, cultures and walks of life. Research shows that women and people from underrepresented groups are less like to apply for roles if they don't meet every qualification. So even if you don't match all the criteria - if you are passionate about helping to construct a better future, we'd love to hear from you.
We are committed to providing a barrier-free work environment and can support with reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. Simply inform our Talent Acquisition team during your conversation with them.
