Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering & Drawing Review

· Learn to review and interpret IFC drawings, P&IDs, piping layouts, specifications, and applicable revisions.

· Identify potential drawing discrepancies, routing conflicts, constructability concerns, and missing information; raise questions promptly.

· Coordinate technical clarifications, RFIs, drawing updates, and field feedback with the appropriate engineering and client teams.

Project Planning & Execution

· Develop and maintain installation sequences, near-term work plans, and project milestone tracking with guidance appropriate to experience.

· Proactively monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and drive assigned action items to completion.

· Coordinate manpower needs, material readiness, site access, and work-front availability with field leads and supporting teams.

· Communicate clearly in English with clients, contractors, foremen, field crews, QA/QC, and Safety personnel.

· Participate in project meetings, provide accurate status updates, document decisions, and follow up without repeated reminders.

· Identify field issues early, propose practical solutions, and escalate decisions beyond assigned authority promptly.

Project Documentation & Turnover

· Maintain engineering and project records, including drawing revisions, RFIs, action logs, progress updates, and as-built information.

· Coordinate inspection readiness, testing, flushing, punch items, and turnover documentation with QA/QC and field teams.

Training, Initiative & Accountability

· Complete required site access, safety, and project-specific training within reasonable Company-established timelines.

· Actively develop drawing review, piping system, construction planning, and stakeholder coordination skills.

· Take ownership of assigned deliverables, seek clarification when needed, and demonstrate increasing independence as proficiency develops.

QualificationsRequired

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Industrial, or another closely related Engineering discipline.

· Strong professional English communication skills, written and verbal, for meetings, coordination, and project updates.

· Proactive, organized, accountable, and able to follow through on commitments without constant supervision.

· Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn engineering drawings and semiconductor piping systems.

· Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work onsite in active construction and cleanroom environments.

· Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Availability for project-based overtime or weekend work when required, subject to applicable law and approved accommodations.

Preferred (Not Required)

· Internship or project experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or facilities.

· Exposure to semiconductor fabs, cleanrooms, chemical piping, UPW, or plastic piping.
