Competencies

• Proven Experience in Project Coordination/ Management
• Knowledge of Powder coating systems and/or related processes would be beneficial
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing project requirement and priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project)

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Good communication Skills & Managing System

Relevant Work Experience

• Should have minimum 4 - 5 years experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the on-time delivery of the project and project planning.
• Order confirmation with internal department.
• Review of contract with respect to technical and commercial specifications with sales.
• Obtain clarity on technical and commercial disparities if any in the purchase order from the client.
• Obtain approval of drawings, documents and Quality Assurance Plan from client, consultant and appointed inspection agency.
• Expedite procurement of Bought out Equipment in Co-ordination with Purchase.
• Coordinate with Design, Planning, and manufacturing to smooth execution of the project.
• Expedite inspection with Consultants, Third Party Inspection Agencies and Client.
• Co-coordinate with Quality Assurance for relevant documentation required for completion of inspection.
• Co-ordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance and Logistics to ensure proper documentation of billing and dispatch.
• Obtain Acceptance test certificate from Client/Customers.
• Interface with Service for timely erection and commissioning of product/package.
• Obtain payments / relevant bank guarantees from customers.
• Maintain and follow defined quality management system in the project execution.
• Update and maintain appropriate MIS.
• Maintain & adhere QMS & procedures
