What You Will Do:

• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Technical Oversight: Review and approve engineering plans, drawings, and specifications. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure that construction work aligns with design requirements.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to ensure that all construction work meets the specified standards and complies with building codes and regulations.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets. Track project expenses, manage cost variations, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients. Address client concerns, provide updates on project progress, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project timelines and quality.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a site engineer, civil engineer or an equivalent role of Real Estate or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and standards.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
