What they need
Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and license
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Estimate materials needed on site according to the plan and specifications.
Monitor Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, and Owner Supplied Material requirement for projects
QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT ENGINEER
- At least 3 to 4 years or equivalent work experience as Project Engineer on high end residential projects and finishing works.
- With PRC License
- Salary will commensurate
- know how to drive
