Project Engineer

At Datum Engineers, you won't spend years designing one small piece of a project from behind a screen. From day one, you'll work alongside experienced structural engineers, contribute to meaningful building projects, and gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, from concept through construction.

You'll collaborate directly with clients, architects, contractors, and teammates to design structures that serve communities across healthcare, education, civic, cultural, and commercial markets. Along the way, you'll develop expertise in structural analysis, building codes, construction documents, field observation, and project delivery while working with a team that values mentorship, curiosity, and professional growth.

We believe the best engineers are engaged in every phase of a project. That means opportunities to participate in design discussions, visit job sites, solve real-world challenges, and take increasing ownership of projects as your skills grow.

Just as important, you'll be joining a firm that is committed to serving clients faithfully, supporting one another, sharing knowledge freely, and continuously improving. We work hard, take pride in our craft, and genuinely enjoy what we do.

If you're looking for a place where you can grow quickly, contribute meaningfully, and build a career rather than simply fill a role, we'd love to meet you.

Design structures. Build relationships. Grow your career.
