PROJECT ENGINEER

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry .
• Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), project execution, construction, maintenance, or related oil & gas projects.
• Good understanding of project engineering processes, technical documentation, project planning, and execution.
• Familiar with engineering drawings, specifications, technical reports, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of project schedule monitoring, cost control, progress reporting, and risk management.
• Experienced in coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Familiar with applicable engineering codes, industry standards, and HSE requirements in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be assigned to any project site across Indonesia

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and monitor project engineering activities to ensure compliance with project scope, technical specifications, applicable standards, and contractual requirements.
• Support project planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, procurement, construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Review and monitor engineering deliverables, drawings, technical documents, material specifications, and other project documentation.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays or technical constraints, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist in monitoring project costs, resource utilization, work progress, and schedule performance.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, technical documentation, progress updates, and other required records.
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable HSE requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Participate in project meetings, site inspections, technical discussions, and coordination meetings with clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, technical challenges, and potential changes in scope, and coordinate mitigation or resolution plans.
• Support project handover, commissioning activities, punch list closure, and project close-out documentation, as applicable.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
