We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Project Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and complete project lifecycles of Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants on-site in Verna, Goa.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:Operations & Site Execution:

• Handle the installation and commissioning of Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants, preparing comprehensive site completion reports.
• Define commissioning work packages, prepare relevant procedures, and assist the project execution team.
• Conduct site surveys and readiness assessments prior to equipment installation.
• Plan, execute, and supervise the commissioning process through to final handover and acceptance.
• Resolve installation issues, procedures, and methods by working closely with management, engineering, quality control, and contractors.
• Ensure efficient information flow and complete documentation of commissioned equipment.
• Lead project staff on-site, providing technical support, guidance, and direction.
• Interpret installation plans and contract specifications to meet strict project requirements.
• Assess, test, and commission specialized equipment (such as Doppler weather radar systems, where applicable).
• Provide thorough training to customers and staff on system operations and maintenance.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high-quality output.

Project Engineering Management:

• Lead specific projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Provide improvement suggestions regarding the design and operation of water treatment systems and components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project challenges proactively.
• Act as a key liaison between Wateria management and customer project teams.
• Provide regular progress updates on projects to management and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure all projects closely align with company goals and strategic objectives.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Qualification Required: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Job Type: On-site role.
• Location: Verna, Goa.
• Experience: Open based on experience level (relevant background in water treatment, engineering operations, or plant commissioning is essential).
