We are currently hiring an Arabic-speaking Project Engineer in Dubai. The role delivers our projects from award to handover: planning, site execution, subcontractor coordination, client reporting and close-out.

Key responsibilities

Project delivery

Review scope, drawings and specifications at award, and plan the works

Maintain the program and track progress, costs, variations and procurement

Plan crews, cranes, materials and subcontractors

Site execution

Supervise installation and maintenance works on towers, masts and antenna structures

Enforce HSE and quality on site, and keep QA/QC records

Carry out site surveys and collect as-built information

Client and reporting

Act as day-to-day client contact, in Arabic and English

Prepare submittals, RAMS and method statements

Issue weekly progress reports and minute site meetings

Handover

Manage snagging, inspections and handover documents through to client acceptance

Site access and permits

Apply for and track security passes, permits-to-work and NOCs, and renew them before expiry

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years UAE experience as Project/Site Engineer
• Project delivery from award to handover
• Knowledge of RAMS, PTW, and HSE requirements
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good MS Office skills; MS Project
• Valid UAE driving license

Location: Dubai, UAE, with regular travel to project sites across the UAE and the region
