Project Engineer

Senior Project Engineer | MSP | Up to $125k base

We’re partnering with a growing MSP to hire a Senior Project Engineer to be the go-to technical lead in their service delivery team.

It’s a hands-on role. You’ll design and deliver infrastructure projects for clients, onboard new managed-service customers, and help develop the junior engineers on the team. You’ll have plenty of autonomy, and the team will rely on your technical judgement.

What you’ll bring:

• 7+ years in IT, with experience at an MSP or IT service provider
• Strong networking skills: firewalls, switches, wireless and VPN
• Virtualization and infrastructure experience with Hyper-V or VMware, VDI, servers and storage
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft cloud stack: Entra ID, Intune, M365, Azure, SharePoint and Teams
• A client-focused approach and the confidence to resolve complex issues independently

What will make you stand out: experience supporting legal applications, particularly iManage or NetDocuments . Experience supporting law-firm clients is highly valued.

Also a bonus: Autotask, Datto RMM/BCDR, PowerShell, security frameworks (CIS, NIST, SOC2), and Microsoft or Cisco certifications.

The role includes an on-call rotation and some travel.

Salary: up to $50 an hour with full benefits
