About the Company

Tiello has partnered with a well-established Commercial General Contractor in the St. Louis market that is actively seeking an Entry-Level Project Engineer to join their team.

This company has built a strong reputation throughout the region, delivering commercial construction projects while maintaining long-standing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.

With an experienced leadership team and a focus on developing talent internally, the company is looking to invest in an individual who is eager to learn the construction industry and build a long-term career in Project Management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on exposure to commercial construction while working directly alongside multiple experienced Project Managers.

Position Overview

The Project Engineer will provide administrative, documentation, and project coordination support to multiple Project Managers across the organization.

This is a strictly entry-level position designed for someone who wants to learn the fundamentals of commercial construction and eventually grow into a Project Manager role.

The individual will assist with managing project documentation, reviewing drawings and specifications, tracking RFIs and submittals, coordinating with subcontractors, and supporting scheduling, cost tracking, and daily project operations.

Rather than being assigned to one specific Project Manager, this individual will support multiple members of the Project Management team, gaining exposure to various projects and construction processes.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, coachable, and eager to develop their career with a company that values long-term employee growth.

Company Culture

This company offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment with an experienced leadership team that values mentorship, professional development, and long-term employee retention.
