Supervise and ensure that maintenance and construction projects within the plant compound are executed, monitored, and completed in a safe, timely, and cost-efficient manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance and construction projects within the plant compound
- Monitor project execution and ensure timely completion
- Ensure projects are completed in a safe and cost-efficient manner
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Ability to create documents, graphs, reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to use AutoCAD to make scaled 2D and 3D drawings
- Ability to lead a team of welders and fabricators
- Competency to perform root cause analysis and propose actionable solutions
- At least 2-5 years of related experience in project management in an industrial setting or manufacturing plant is an advantage
- Preferably Licensed Mechanical Engineer
