Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, labour and site activities.
• Monitor material requirements, consumption and availability at the site.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure quality standards, safety procedures and construction specifications are followed.
• Track project progress, prepare site reports and update management on delays or issues.
• Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, billing and cost control.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of construction methods, civil engineering drawings and site execution.
• Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.
• Good problem-solving, communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel to and work at project sites as required.
