Project Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support engineering projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from initial planning to final completion. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule, resolve technical issues, and guarantee that all work meets quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will possess solid engineering expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to address challenges proactively before they impact the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate engineering activities and monitor project progress.

Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical challenges.

Track project schedules, budgets, and material requirements.

Ensure that engineering operations comply with quality, safety, and industry standards.

Assist with project planning, equipment selection, and the preparation of technical documentation.

Identify project risks and propose practical, actionable solutions.

Prepare progress reports and provide project updates to the management team.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in project engineering or a related engineering field.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Proven experience in coordinating engineering projects, managing schedules, and overseeing budgets.

Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar engineering software tools.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
