PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Qualification:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional License is an advantage
• Essential Technical Skills: T&C Expertise (Site Acceptance Test, Factory Acceptance Tests, and performance validation)
• Software skills: AutoCAD/Revit/BIM
• Knowledgeable in local and international construction standards
• Amenable to work in Pasig City; can work extended hours

Job Description:

• Technical Documentation: Reviewing blueprints and technical designs for practicality and compliance with local building codes.

• Information Management: Managing Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals to clarify design discrepancies for the field crews.

• Project Controls: Assisting in creating and updating project schedules, tracking material deliveries, and monitoring project costs.

• Site Support: Conducting regular site inspections and progress walks to verify that work aligns with the design intent.

• Safety & Quality: Ensuring high standards through regular quality control inspections and conducting on-site safety risk assessments.

• Installation Verification: Performing "system walk-downs" to confirm that all equipment is installed correctly before power-up.

• Troubleshooting: Identifying technical problems or "bottlenecks" during system startups and working with engineering teams to rectify them.

• Test Reporting: Preparing detailed, objective test reports that evaluate project performance and confirm compliance with technical specifications.

• Operational Handover: Creating Systems Manuals (O&M) and overseeing training programs for the building users and operators.
