Project Engineer

• Meet with customers to understand their business processes and operational requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Recommend suitable software solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate with the software development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in issue resolution.
• Conduct software demonstrations, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Act as the liaison between customers, management, and the technical team.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide regular project status updates and maintain good customer relationships.
• Assist in system configuration, implementation, and deployment activities when required.
• Travel to customer sites for meetings, training, or project implementation as required.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Information Systems, Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems, or any related field.
• Graduates of Associate Degree or Technical-Vocational (TESDA) ICT-related programs with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA) or related certifications are an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in software implementation, business analysis, ERP systems, customer support, or project coordination are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills are welcome to apply.

Working hours:

• 9:00am – 18:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
