Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with regulatory agencies and support permitting and compliance activities.

Maintain current knowledge of California coastal and marine regulations and requirements.

Assist with proposals, cost estimates, funding strategies, and project development.

Contribute to technical best-practice resources and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, high-quality engineering solutions.

Experience you will need:

Familiarity with state and federal infrastructure grant and loan programs.

Strong technical writing, communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
