  • Engineer, configure, test and troubleshoot integrated access control, CCTV, intrusion and security management systems.
  • Support project managers and site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, to specification and to a high standard of quality.
  • Review technical scopes, drawings, specifications and customer requirements, identifying risks and practical delivery solutions early.
  • Coordinate with customers, consultants, subcontractors, technicians and internal teams to resolve technical and project challenges.
  • Lead or support Factory Acceptance Testing, site testing, commissioning, defect rectification and system handover.
  • Prepare clear technical documentation, including test plans, configuration records, commissioning documentation and as-built packs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and technicians across the project lifecycle.

What you’ll Bring

You are an experienced Project Engineer, Security Engineer or Senior Technician with a strong track record delivering complex electronic security projects.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current NV1 Security Clearance - Mandatory.

  • Experience delivering electronic security projects in critical infrastructure or high-security environments.

  • Strong practical experience with enterprise access control, CCTV/VMS, intruder detection and integrated security platforms.

  • Experience with one or more of the following platforms:

    • LenelS2
    • Milestone
    • Genetec
    • Gallagher
  • The ability to manage technical details while keeping delivery outcomes, customer needs and project deadlines in focus.

  • Strong commissioning, fault-finding and system-integration capability.

  • A sound understanding of IP networking, including switches, VLANs, IP addressing, PoE and connectivity troubleshooting.

  • Confidence communicating with customers, consultants, project teams and field technicians.

  • Strong documentation skills and pride in delivering quality, compliant project outcomes.
