Position: Project Engineer cum PLC Programmer

Location: Pune (Pimpri Chinchwad)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop PLC architecture, logic flowcharts, and PLC programs
• Design, program, debug, and commission automation systems
• Coordinate end-to-end project execution and customer communication
• Review electrical and mechanical designs for automation compatibility
• Create project timelines and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct design reviews with customers and internal teams
• Manage project documentation and technical reports
• Select PLC hardware, sensors, drives, and electrical components
• Ensure compliance with machine control standards and continuously improve programming practices

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Industrial Automation/SPM Manufacturing
• Experience in Control System Architecture, Electrical Drawings, Panel Design & PLC Programming
• Knowledge of Servo Motion, AC Drives, VFDs, Sensors, and Hardware Selection
• Experience with E-Plan and AutoCAD is an added advantage
• Strong project coordination, communication, and leadership skills

Mandatory PLC Experience Candidates must have hands-on programming experience with:

• Mitsubishi FX5U / FX3U
• Siemens S7-1200 / S7-1500 (TIA Portal)
• Omron CP1E / CPM Series
• Delta PLC
• Preference will be given to candidates currently working or having prior experience in SPM Manufacturing Organizations.
