About the Role

We're looking for a Project Engineer to join our digital transformation initiatives, with a specific focus on automating internal company processes using AI agents and modern digital tools. You'll work cross-functionally with production, quality, finance, and commercial teams to identify manual, repetitive workflows and redesign them using AI-driven and process automation solutions.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who wants to shape how a manufacturing company operates in the AI era — not a theoretical or purely analytical position.

What You'll Do

• Map and analyze existing company processes (production planning, quality documentation, supplier/customer correspondence, reporting) to identify automation opportunities
• Design, build, and pilot AI agent-based solutions to automate repetitive or rules-based tasks
• Collaborate with department leads (production, QA, finance) to translate operational pain points into digital solutions
• Support integration of AI tools into daily workflows and help train teams to use them effectively
• Track project outcomes and continuously improve automation solutions based on real-world feedback
• Contribute to broader digital transformation projects, including data organization, dashboarding, and process documentation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business/Management Engineering, or a related field
• New graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they can be applied to real business processes
• Good command of English (written and verbal);
• Self-starter mindset — comfortable working on ambiguous problems without a fixed playbook

Nice to Have (Preferred, Not Required)

• Hands-on knowledge of AI models and tools (e.g., LLMs, agent frameworks, loop engineering, automation platforms)
• Basic scripting/programming experience (Python or similar)
• Familiarity with manufacturing or process industries
• Experience with process mapping or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
