PROJECT ENGINEER (EL)

Prepare, coordinate and submit project documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle, including risk assessments, requisitions, schedules, drawings and progress reports.

Assist in planning and coordinating the materials, equipment and manpower required to meet project specifications, timelines and requirements.

Monitor project resources, budget and costs to support efficient project execution.

Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, building owners, consultants and other project stakeholders on project-related matters.

Supervise technicians and workers to ensure work activities are carried out according to project requirements, drawings and schedules.

Prepare, review and submit project drawings in accordance with project specifications and requirements.

Maintain proper filing and organisation of project documentation, drawings, reports and records.

Prepare and update project activity schedules and progress reports.

Assist in preparing quotations and proposals, and recommend suitable works or solutions to customers based on project requirements.

Support efficient resource planning and maintain productivity in accordance with project requirements.

Assist with tender and quotation preparation, including attending site surveys where required.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, M&E Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in M&E, engineering, construction or a related industry.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Good planning, organisational, coordination and follow-up skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge or hands-on experience in AutoCAD will be an advantage.
