Project Engineer – Electrical & Industrial Automation

Job Overview

Chirab Technologies is looking for a skilled and hands-on Project Engineer to execute electrical and industrial automation projects, handle customer site commissioning, and ensure successful project completion.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with an automation projects company and should be comfortable handling electrical panels, site installation, commissioning, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and commission electrical and industrial automation projects at customer sites.
• Handle on-site installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical panels and automation systems.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, and technicians to ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot electrical, control, and automation-related issues at customer locations.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Support PLC programming, testing, and debugging wherever required.
• Handle medium-voltage electrical systems and equipment up to 33 kV, as applicable to the project.
• Prepare site reports, commissioning documentation, and project completion records.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and project specifications.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3–10 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with an industrial automation projects company.
• Must have successfully completed commissioning at a minimum of 6 customer-site projects.
• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. Electrical qualifications preferred.
• Age: Up to 30 years.

Desirable Technical Skills

• PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Handling medium-voltage electrical systems up to 33 kV.
• Electrical panel wiring and drawing interpretation using AutoCAD.
• Practical knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Customer-site coordination and independent problem-solving.

Salary & Incentives

• Monthly CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹70,000, depending on experience and technical capability.
• Additional Incentive: Performance-based incentive for every successfully completed job.
