Project Engineer - Structured Cabling

Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 per month
Benefits: AWS + Performance Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm; Alternate Saturday, 9:00am – 1:00pm
Location: Pioneer + Site Visit

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor M&E / electrical / ELV project works according to project schedules and requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

• Review technical, shop and as-built drawings and coordinate drawing-related matters.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with project specifications and quality standards.

• Identify and resolve technical or site issues to minimise delays.

• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.

• Ensure works comply with relevant safety requirements and project standards.

• Conduct or participate in toolbox meetings and safety briefings where required.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, submissions and claims.

• Assist with project schedules, cost estimates and resource planning.

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, manpower and resource utilisation.

• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

[Entry Level] Project Engineer - MNC, Electrical Switchgear

• Salary: $2,800 to $3,500 per month
• Benefits: High Variable Bonus
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Location: Senoko, North Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Manage LV switchboard projects from order confirmation to delivery, testing and handover.
• Review project drawings, specifications and client requirements to ensure compliance with Singapore standards.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement and QA/QC teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review technical documents such as Single Line Diagrams (SLD), GA drawings, wiring diagrams and technical submissions.
• Ensure switchboards are designed, manufactured and tested according to IEC 61439 and local requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, LEWs and main contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and site inspections.
• Monitor project schedule, cost and quality, and highlight any potential issues.
• Ensure proper workplace safety practices are followed during project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documents such as method statements, ITP, O&M manuals and as-built drawings.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing and commissioning.
