Project Engineer

Job Scope:

• Report to the Project Director on project cost accounting, schedule tracking, and resource management for all project activities.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all design submissions comply with project specifications and client requirements.
• Attend meetings with clients and conduct regular site visits to construction sites to monitor project progress and address relevant issues.
• Develop, maintain, and manage strong working relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Entry level are welcome, as training will be provided.

Electrical Engineer

Job Scope:

• Supervise subcontractor works and monitor progress in accordance with drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
• Coordinate with authorities, contractors, subcontractors, and clients on technical submissions and approvals.
• Review electrical drawings for compliance with design specifications, standards, and guidelines.
• Coordinate M&E works and identify discrepancies with structural, architectural, ID, and client requirements.
• Manage project execution to meet deadlines, quality standards, and SOP requirements.
• Attend coordination meetings, resolve technical issues, and provide project progress updates.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Allocate tasks and monitor work to ensure proper and timely completion.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of M&E specifications, standards, and requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and electrical calculations is an advantage.
