Project Engineer- Electrical Wire Harness

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Automotive Electrical Wire Harness systems using CATIA Electrical.
• Perform 3D wire harness routing, installation, and packaging.
• Prepare Formboard/Flattened drawings and 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Develop Electrical Logical Designs using tools such as Zuken, Capital, OrCAD, Elsys, or equivalent.
• Create and maintain Electrical Intelligent Libraries.
• Support CATIA solid modeling and assembly design activities.
• Coordinate with customer teams and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely project execution while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Automotive Electrical Wire Harness Design.
• Hands-on experience with CATIA Electrical/CATIA V5.
• Knowledge of Capital XC, Zuken, OrCAD, Elsys, or similar logical design tools.
• Experience in Wire Harness Installation, 3D Routing, Formboard/Flattening, and BOM preparation.
• Good understanding of electrical components such as connectors, terminals, splices, clips, grommets, and protective coverings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at the customer location in Gurgaon.
