Project Engineer – Electrical/Mechatronics - Norway (Kongsberg )

About The Position In this hands-on role, you will join our electrical engineering team and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop, prototype, test, and optimize electronic and mechatronic systems for high-precision equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• maintain and improve subsystems
• validate new functionality
• support testing and quality processes
• contribute to documentation and engineering changes

Qualifications And Experience

• experienced engineer with a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or mechatronics engineering
• experience or interest in embedded electronics and mechatronics and CAD tools
• proficiency in English and preferably Norwegian
• proactive, pragmatic and analytical team player who balances hands-on and theoretical work, takes initiative and ownership, learns from others, and confidently shares ideas
