Project Engineer – Elevator & Escalator

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Engineer to manage the installation, execution, and delivery of elevator and escalator projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned elevator and escalator installation projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, materials, and site progress.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Resolve technical and project-related issues promptly.
• Attend project coordination meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
• Experience in construction, project management, elevator, escalator, or building systems projects is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel and work on-site as required.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
