Project Engineer - Entry Level

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer - Entry Level to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assist with project coordination, technical analysis, and process improvements under the guidance of experienced engineers. Duties

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing projects to ensure timely completion.
• Support engineering teams by gathering data, preparing reports, and documenting project progress.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing current procedures and suggesting enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to facilitate project objectives.
• Conduct research and compile technical information to support project development activities.
• Observe safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment during all activities.

Experience

• Recently graduated with a Mechanical Engineer degree.
• Strong interest in manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Basic understanding of technical documentation and data analysis tools is preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Prior internship or hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
