What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and manage lift installation, modernization, and replacement projects from commencement to completion.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, and progress reports to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend project meetings, conduct site inspections, and monitor site progress and workmanship quality.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure all project activities comply with approved drawings, safety standards, relevant regulations, and local authority requirements.
• Provide technical support and assist in troubleshooting project-related issues.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover activities.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, follow up on claim certification, and monitor project payments and outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate the rectification of defects and outstanding punch-list items before project completion.
• Follow up on the necessary approvals, certifications, permits, and licenses to ensure projects meet statutory and contractual requirements.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project engineering experience, preferably in the lift & escalator, construction, M&E, or building services industry.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and a passion for project management are encouraged to apply.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with JKKP requirements, construction safety practices, and project documentation will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites when required.
