Project Engineer (Façade) - Data Center Projects

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating façade installation activities for data center construction projects. The role involves overseeing project execution, coordinating with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise façade installation works, including curtain wall, glazing, cladding, aluminum systems, and building envelope packages.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.
• Ensure construction activities comply with project schedules, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Manage material delivery schedules and site logistics to support project execution.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support during project implementation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Support testing and commissioning activities related to façade systems.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure proper documentation, project records, and handover documentation are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in construction project management or site engineering.

• Proven experience in façade, curtain wall, glazing, cladding, aluminum systems, or building envelope projects.

• Experience working with high-rise, commercial, industrial, or data center projects is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with site coordination, subcontractor management, and project scheduling.

• Good understanding of façade systems, curtain walls, glazing, cladding, waterproofing, and aluminum works.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.

• Knowledge of construction standards, quality control procedures, and safety requirements.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent project management tools is an advantage.

Location:

Project Site (Data Center Projects in Chonburi and Rayong). Need to come to office in Bangkok 1 time/week.

Working day:

Monday - Saturday 8.30 a.m. - 17.30 p.m.
