Key Responsibilities
Review project scope, BOQ, specifications and drawings
Project planning, scheduling and site coordination
Firefighting system design and technical support
Hydrant, sprinkler, deluge and fire pump systems
Hydraulic calculations and material submittals
Site installation, supervision and execution
Contractor, manpower and vendor coordination
Client and consultant coordination
Material planning, procurement and technical evaluation
Site inspection, quality and progress monitoring
Testing, pressure testing & commissioning
Preparation of daily/weekly progress reports
As-built drawings and handover documentation
Fire NOC / authority coordination
Ensure HSE and QA/QC compliance
