Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Experience: Minimum 6+ years in interior fit-out / construction projects
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and work as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure proper execution of joinery, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, partitions, painting, and other fit-out works.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site activities to avoid delays.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager regarding project status.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Coordinate with the quantity surveyor/commercial team regarding measurements, variations, and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods and materials.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED35.15 - AED118.28 per month
