We are a joinery based in the U.A.E with operations spanning over 2 decades in the local as well as other markets in the GCC region, specialized in manufacturing of high-performance Fire and Acoustic wooden doors. As an ambitious organization with a strong brand recognition within the construction industry, we have now ventured into the field of Interior Design & Contracting aiming at the premium segment of single unit projects (both commercial & residential). We are in search of an ambitious and passionate Project Engineer to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion of our newly established Fit-out division.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer - Fitout to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing interior fit-out projects from conception to completion. This includes planning, coordinating, and supervising all project activities to ensure successful delivery within the agreed timeframe, budget, and quality standards. The role requires exceptional project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring the seamless execution of high-quality fit-out solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Prepare detailed project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with project plans and standards.
• Oversee material procurement, delivery, and proper utilization.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship meet standards.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards at all times.
• Maintain clear communication with clients on project progress and concerns.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress and cost reports to management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out or interior contracting, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Skills:
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or related project management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and safety standards.

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
